Rep. Massa Announces $273,332 in Department of Health & Human Services Grants for 29th District
Small Business Innovation Research and Head Start grants to boost area's educational resources
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Eric Massa announced $273,332 in U.S. Department of Health and Human services grants for New York's 29th Congressional District. The grants will serve to boost the area's educational capabilities through enhanced research resources and improvements to Head Start offerings.
Accord Corporation in Belmont, NY will receive $150,654 in a grant for Head Start improvements and Science Take-Out, LLC in Pittsford, NY will receive $122,678 for biology kits that will enhance their science program.
“I am happy to announce these two grants because education is the key to securing a brighter future for the next generation. I look forward to making more announcements like this in the near future,” stated Congressman Massa.
