The poll uses IVR (touch tone response) technology and has a margin of error of 3%. </p>

<p>This is the first year of the Majority Watch polling project, the methodology <a href="http://www.pollster.com/mystery_pollster/about_those_majority_watch_con.php">hasn't been proven</a>, and House races are <a href="http://www.pollster.com/mystery_pollster/handicapping_the_house_part_i.php">hard to poll</a>.&nbsp; Nevertheless, this is huge news for the Massa campaign.&nbsp; </p>
