<p class="MsoNormal">This
week we will be holding a special press conference call with Congressman Eric
Massa at 11:30am on Wednesday, June 17th.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">On
this call, Rep. Eric Massa will be introducing the much anticipated Broadband
Internet Fairness Act. This bill is the result of a grassroots movement which
demanded reasonable and fair internet charges in the face of Time Warner Cable&#8217;s
plan to charge consumers based on how much they download. Time Warner&#8217;s
truly unlimited plan would have gone from about $50 per month to $150 per month.</p>
