This week we will be holding a special press conference call with Congressman Eric Massa at 11:30am on Wednesday, June 17th.
On this call, Rep. Eric Massa will be introducing the much anticipated Broadband Internet Fairness Act. This bill is the result of a grassroots movement which demanded reasonable and fair internet charges in the face of Time Warner Cable’s plan to charge consumers based on how much they download. Time Warner’s truly unlimited plan would have gone from about $50 per month to $150 per month.
