has a story about the House's efforts to condemn or stop Governor Spitzer's drivers license changes. Kuhl is co-sponsoring the legislation with Tom Latham (R-IA-4) to condemn the practice of issuing licenses to illegal immigrants. Peter King, a Republican from Long Island, is submitting a bill to outlaw the practice.
