Reader Elmer sends Randy Kuhl's
lengthy op-ed in today's Corning Leader [pdf]. Kuhl isn't happy with the Bush budget, especially with the budget cuts that hit the Appalachian Regional Commission as well as job training programs.
What's missing from the op-ed is any discussion of how government should raise the revenue to fund those programs, or a list of the programs that should be cut to re-fund them.
